High Support Care is our flagship service for people who need more than occasional assistance. It combines personal care, domestic support, clinical oversight, and round-the-clock presence when required.
We work with NDIS participants, aged care clients, and people with complex health needs to deliver tailored support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life at home.
Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication management. We support you with dignity and respect, at the level you need.

High Support Care is for people who need substantial or intensive assistance—often multiple support workers, 24/7 or overnight care, clinical oversight, or help with complex health conditions. Standard support typically involves fewer hours and less intensive assistance.
They overlap. High Support Care is our intensive support service that can include complex clinical tasks. Complex Care typically refers to the clinical side—wound care, PEG feeding, catheter management, and similar. We offer both; our team can explain what's right for your situation.
Yes. High Support Care can be funded through the NDIS when you have assessed high support needs. It may be funded under Assistance with Daily Life, Supported Independent Living (SIL), or other categories depending on your plan. We can help you understand your funding.
